were the Middle Ages in the hotels Luther parlours. Candelight, goblets, mead from a horn, one
metre meat skewers, courtly dancing, and historic table talk all contribute to the Medieval
atmosphere. Home-baked Luther bread with lard, followed by salads, meat and potato soup,
bratwurst, meat skewer and chicken leg by the metre, accompaniments such as sauerkraut, savoy,
and Medieval bread dumplings, a flambeed fruit skewer and baked apples in wine are also
